Summary: The house is beautifully restored, unsure of the age, but an older urban home. Great claw foot tub. Plenty of space. Felix communicated great, even messaged us to see if there is anything we need. highly recommend

Summary: This place was absolutely gorgeous on the inside. We want to be close to the Kentucky Derby and it was literally right down the street from us. Our host was amazing and always answered our questions that we had.

Summary: Lovely front porch and nicely updated inside. Just off fairly busy street so appreciated the off-street parking behind the building. This is an area of mixed business and residential use so a noisy area; the provided ear plugs in the front bedroom were a nice touch. Felix was responsive and friendly.

Summary: Came to Louisville with a couple friends to do some distillery tours and see the Slugger Museum and this place was PERFECT! Great location not far from Main Street and the house had 3 beds (2 in one room and one in the master). Communication with the host was great and I look forward to coming back!

Summary: We came to go to Churchill Downs and a Racine Louisville game and both were awesome! We were easily able to walk to the Kentucky Derby Museum in the morning, then a short drive to the Nulu shopping area for lunch and shopping and then back to the track for evening races, was such a great day. Day 2 included seeing Muhammad Ali’s resting place in Cave Hill, and the Racing Louisville soccer game (and a win to boot!) The location was great, almost on the campus! If you are looking to come to a sporting event, this may be your home base for activitites.
